DIALED IN GUMMIES GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES - OFFICIAL RULES
The Dialed In Gummies Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is subject to the following rules (collectively, the “Rules”).
ENTRY THROUGH PURCHASE OF DIALED IN PRODUCTS: From May 1, 2024, through July 31, 2025, customers who purchase Dialed In Gummies products can enter the Sweepstakes for a chance to win a $1,000 adventure prize package, which includes:
- A $500 VRBO gift card
- A $500 AMEX gift card
To enter, participants must visit the Dialed In Gummies website at dialedingummies.com and provide the required information, including proof of purchase, before 11:59 PM MT on the last day of each month. Participants have not won the Sweepstakes unless selected by Dialed In Gummies as described below.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER: Individuals can enter the Sweepstakes without a purchase by either of the following methods:
- Instagram Method: Send a direct message (DM) to the official Dialed In Gummies Instagram account (@dialedingummies) requesting a free entry code. One code per Instagram account will be provided via DM.
- Mail-in Method: Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Dialed In Gummies Giveaway Sweepstakes [2503 Elmira St, Aurora, CO 80010]
One code per mailing address will be provided and must be entered at dialedingummies.com before 11:59 PM MT on the last day of each month.
Requests for free entry codes must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the end of the desired month to ensure timely participation.
ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be legal residents of the United States, at least 21 years of age, and reside in a location where such sweepstakes are not prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Forest St. Manufacturing, LLC, are not eligible. Limit one entry per person per month.
>ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. One prize will be awarded each month during the Sweepstakes period.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable month. Drawings will occur within five (5) business days of the end of each month. Winners will be notified by email, phone, or Instagram and must accept their prize within 48 hours of notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZES: A total of three (3) prize packages will be awarded, each including:
- $500 VRBO gift card
- $500 AMEX gift card
The total retail value of each prize is $1,000. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card issuers.
GENERAL RULES: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to these Rules and consent to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation, where permitted by law. All taxes and expenses related to prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Dialed In Gummies reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Rules or tampers with the entry process. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Sun Theory SPV 11 LLC reserves the right to modify these Rules or cancel the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion.
