Golden Ticket Sweepstakes
DIALED IN GUMMIES GOLDEN TICKET SWEEPSTAKES – OFFICIAL RULES
The Dialed In Gummies Golden Ticket Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is subject to the following rules (collectively, the “Rules”).
HOW TO ENTER: From March 1, 2025, through September 1, 2025, or until all winning tickets are found, individuals who discover a Golden Ticket inside specially marked Dialed In Gummies products can claim their prize. Winners will receive two tickets to a show at Mission Ballroom.
To claim the prize, winners must email [email protected] with a clear image of the Golden Ticket and follow the provided instructions. Participants have not won the Sweepstakes unless verified by Dialed In Gummies as described below.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER: Individuals can enter the Sweepstakes without a purchase by mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Dialed In Gummies Golden Ticket Sweepstakes [2503 Elmira St, Aurora, CO 80010]
One entry per mailing address will be provided and must be received by September 1, 2025, to ensure participation.
ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be legal residents of the United States, at least 21 years of age, and reside in a location where such sweepstakes are not prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Forest St. Manufacturing, LLC, are not eligible. Limit one entry per person.
ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on participation but are estimated to be approximately 7:2000.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Winners must email [email protected] upon discovering a Golden Ticket. The ticket must be verified before the prize is awarded. Prizes must be claimed by September 15, 2025. Failure to claim the prize by this date may result in disqualification.
PRIZES: A total of seven (7) prize packages will be awarded, each including:
- Two tickets to a show at Mission Ballroom
The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $100. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to availability and venue terms and conditions.
GENERAL RULES: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to these Rules and consent to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation, where permitted by law. All taxes and expenses related to prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Dialed In Gummies reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Rules or tampers with the entry process. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Forest St. Manufacturing, LLC reserves the right to modify these Rules or cancel the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion.
