- Open to legal residents of Colorado, age 21 or older.
- Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible.
No Purchase Requirement
- No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve chances of winning.
- Free online entry: valid name, contact information, and date of birth.
- In-person voucher available at an approved location at no cost.
Prize Details
- Prize is a non-cannabis item. Cannabis and cannabis products may NOT be offered as a prize.
- Estimated retail value: $100. Prize owned outright by Organizer, free of liens.
Taxes & Reporting
- Winner responsible for all federal and state taxes on winnings.
- Prize value >$600: Organizer issues IRS Form W-2G. >$5,000: 24% federal withholding applies.
Compliance & Public Notice
- Promotion complies with the Colorado Marijuana Code (1 CCR 212-3) and MED advertising rules.
- All advertising restricted to audiences reasonably expected to be ≥71.6% adults 21+.
- Winning entry posted on Organizer's website for at least 30 days following the drawing.
