Sweepstakes Policy
OFFICIAL RULES – MIX AND MINGLE SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY
This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Colorado who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Dialed in Gummies (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The sweepstakes begins at [5:00pm] [MT on [1/26/2026 and ends at [4:00pm] [MT] on [1/31/2026] (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
3. HOW TO ENTER
Free Entry Method:Visit [https://popl.co/card/GsUFEpEy/2] and complete the entry form with your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. You will receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes.
Alternate Free Entry Method:Send a postcard with your name, address, email, phone number, and date of birth to: [Sun Theory], Attn: [Mix and Mingle] Sweepstakes, [503 Colorado Suite 400], [Austin, Texas 78703]. Each postcard must be postmarked by [1/31/2026] and received by [1/31/2026].
Entry Limits: Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
4. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize: [Tee shirt, hoodie, sock, hat] with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $[$150].
IMPORTANT: No cannabis, marijuana products, or any controlled substances will be awarded as part of this sweepstakes. [If gift card: The prize consists of a gift card/certificate that may be redeemed for [non-cannabis products/services/merchandise] only, in accordance with applicable laws.]
Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about [1/31/2026. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification attempt or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Winner must provide valid government-issued photo ID proving they are 21 years of age or older. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. By accepting the prize, winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or unauthorized human intervention.
Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.
8. PRIVACY
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at [https://dialedingummies.com/colorado/privacy-policy/]. Entry information will be used to administer the sweepstakes and may be used for marketing purposes in accordance with applicable law.
9. DISPUTES
This sweepstakes is governed by Colorado law. Any disputes shall be resolved individually without resort to class action and shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [Denver], Colorado.
